The video and report are from Sarah:
Package stolen off the porch at 44th and Stevens last night at 8 pm. He was wearing work gloves and work boots and a sun hat. I noticed later that he had bear spray on his hip, which was concerning.

Hes got a Voulas Off Shore Cafe t shirt. U District on Northlake. Time for a stakeout.
Calling for a stakeout of a local business because someone wearing a shirt with their logo on it committed a crime is not helpful to anyone. He’s stealing something in this video. The shirt was purchased by someone. He could have just as easily stolen that shirt. Think it through.
Maybe he bought it at Goodwill or it was from a clothing donation place where people pick up free clothes…..who knows how he acquired the shirt.
Carrying bear spray isn’t illegal. Using it to cover your getaway after stealing would add to the charges.
Bear spray used on humans is illegal and against the law. The irritants used in bear spray exceed what is legal in self defense sprays bought for use on humans. Seeing as how this is a criminal, he/she probably couldn’t care less about legality.
