Arbor Heights, on shoulder of SW 102nd St. at corner of 35th Ave SW & SW 102nd.

Native winter-blooming honeysuckle (Lonicera fragrantissima)

Lots of strawberry crowns, just starting to leaf out. Mixed variety of Seascape, Shuksan & Rainier.

Carex/sedge ‘Frosted Curls’ and the native toffee-colored ones

I also have a 4′ rhodie (pale whitish pink flowers – not blooming yet) for the digging.

I would be very interested in the wonderful Lonicera. Friends helped me clear a large portion of my front yard in the last couple of weeks and that has been the fragrant beauty I’ve been wishing to find a space for a long time now.

How tall/wide is it, and is it already dug or needs to be? I likely can’t dig it up if it’s a large one due to a bad foot, but I can definitely transport it and give her a great home. Friends could help with digging if needed, but it might take a week or two due to schedules.

smy – sorry, but when I looked last night, there was only a scraggly piece of Lonicera left out on the street. It would grow up eventually, as it has some decent roots. Pretty much everything else is gone, except for some strawberries…thanks, everyone!
