Found phone

Found a phone laying on the ground a day or two ago. Seems to be in working condition. But has a lock so i am un able to contact anyone let them know i found the phone. Please tell me the kind of phone as well as the carrier. And apoximatly the location you lost it in prder to identify.

My daughter saw some kids stash something in the bushes in the Admiral area over the weekend. It turned out to be a Kate Spade phone case. I wonder if the incident is related? Describe the easily identifiable case and it is yours. . . . .
