I live down in Arbor Heights around 42nd Ave SW and 100th. Thursday morning on Aug 9 about midnight someone pounded on my door and rang the doorbell frantically and then ran away. When I got to the door they had left a plastic lime green “kid alert” yard sign, the type that has a red ball cap and a flag it holds out in front?
