    What a fun get-together!

Got to see friends I hadn’t seen for a few months, others that I hadn’t seen for several months, some I hadn’t seen for a couple years or more, plus the bonus of putting more faces to names.

And really, this was a Team effort to put this together. Linda did a lot of the “legwork” that the rest of us that were on the “Planning Committee were unable to do, and don’t let JoB fool Ya. She did more than her share.

Good friends, good food, good weather, good gawd when is the next Forum Meet-up?! ;-)

I have a half dozen or so pictures from the picnic, but unfortunately do not have email addresses for all who attended. Send me an email at kmcclintic at gee mail dot com if you did not receive your pics. Highlights of the picnic:

    Great food and conversations

I did stop by briefly (with my two dogs), sorry I didn’t stay longer but I had been in Issaquah all day at the Salmon Festival and was pretty wiped out. Was nice to chat with the few people I did, though!

Not very surprising the conversation was easy and engaging with the folks at this gathering. Nice to finally have real smiles to associate with user names. Thanks, Mike and company for making it happen.

It was great to meet both of you, GoGo, and JTB!

And as usual, Kevin took some great pics. The one of JoB on the zipline is wonderful!

what a great afternoon, catching up with old friends, meeting new ones..as JTB said, it’s always nice putting faces with the names on here. We had a fun time, and the weather was perfect…and a great sunset !

Normally I would likely take more photos, but it was more fun to have some great food and conversations.

Great to meet everyone! Our family had a nice time at the picnic. Kevin, it’s fine to post pics of me. Especially ones that make me look cool.

I kept my sick toddler at home, unfortunately! I was sad to have missed out on this. Next time…

I remember a few “meet-ups”…one at Beverage Place Pub…one at Cupcake Royale on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Not a lot of work…just show up and buy a beer or aa cup of coffee…and visit. The dark season is almost here…maybe we’ll have to plan something in the heart of darkness :D

We had one small gathering at C&P once too, but made the mistake of not checking the schedule and it was during a show. Not that the show was a problem, but we were there to talk, and you can’t really do that while a band is playing. The first forum gathering I attended was a lunch at the Triangle Pub, long time ago.

Lindsey, sorry you couldn’t make it, and hope the little one is getting better.

I missed the very earliest get-togethers, for various reasons.

The first “official” one I made it to was the Bowling Alley, but had met Jo, Jan, and a few others at a wedding shower a few days, or weeks before.
