Door chime from California Ave?

Anyone near California and Charlestown hear a frequent chime? It’s very loud and rang intermittently throughout the night (and continues today). Weird, because I assume everything on Cali Ave closed by midnight. It sounds like the door chime for a business, but I can’t figure out which one.

I’ve heard it at night–almost sounds like someone left their car door open. I know that noise carries pretty far from the port and railroad down in SODO so I just assumed it was coming from over there somewhere. I’m near on the other side of California near Genesee.
