According to news experts there has been an outbreak at Seattle’s Lake Washington Magnuson Park. This started early Saturday morning when a dog was taken into urgent care at Blue Pearl from extreme dehydration, diarrhea and vomiting. Studies have shown that this is in fact a virus that is contracted by water, stool and pee. However it is not airborne. This is not the first case that has been at Magnuson park either there have been other case throughout Washington state. Please be aware if your dog is having any of these symptoms; Vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, pale gums, dehydration, lethargy, and extreme water intake. Please take your pet to the vet if these symptoms come about.
