Hi all- Another garden question. I have a compost bin that I bought about three years ago from true value but what I don’t like about it is that you have to hand turn your grass and other clippings. I saw a compost bin at Costco a couple of weeks ago that is a barrel and you just turn the barrel to stir the compost. Unfortunately when I went back to get it they were out and it doesn’t look like there are any more on order. Does anyone know of a good place to start to find out more about compost bins and where to buy them? Sorry if I rambled.

It looks like Home Depot has a couple in their online catalog, but they’re currently out-of-stock. You can enter these numbers in the search box at their site: 100655055, 100661371

It looks like Google shopping has a lot too, and shows that there are a lot of websites selling these things: http://tinyurl.com/qx83o7

There are also some for sale (although not necessarily in West Seattle) on Craigslist.

    Good luck!

Speaking of compost bins, if anyone has one they are not using and would like to get rid of…I’d love to take it off your hands! Please PM me.
