Commute times from Arbor Heights to Downtown

Can anybody that currently lives in Arbor Heights tell me about the commute times you experience driving into downtown?

Leaving around 9:15 am, traveling to Lake Union north of Mercer usually takes me 35-40 minutes. It may be more or less for you, depending on where you need to go downtown. I find google to be pretty accurate if you plug in when you’d like to arrive. Good luck!
