I have been teaching the most fun childbirth class in Seattle for almost 9 years. I’m also a board-certified lactation consultant and La Leche League Leader, so I know all about breastfeeding, too.
My class, “Northwest Natural Childbirth,” demystifies pregnancy and birth. It includes elements of The Bradley Method (TM), Penny Simpkin’s stuff, Ina May’s theories, and the wisdom of many local care providers.
You’ll be ready to give birth anywhere from home, to Swedish hospital, to the side of the highway with nothing but a towel and bottle of hand sanitizer.
