I am throwing a call out for ‘changintimes”.. she has started a catering business. I have some catering equipment… that sits mostly in the garage. I have loaned out or rented…. a whole hog rotisserie… just did a couple of lambs last week for a friends wedding… I have been invited to attend the N’ville anniversary..and I will be cooking a 125 lb + hog for the occassion.
