hammerheadParticipantWe are writing in this blog to praise all of the business who made our wedding a wonderful success. First Alki Homestead: all of the staff and Chris the manager. We had 100 people at the restaurant. The food was not only hot but excellent we can not tell you how many compliments we got on the food. the waitstaff wow you talk about being on it. A big hand to all of you.
Jessica the owner of the Forsythe hair salon. She made me look like a girl. Which for those who know me can a be a bit difficult. Head to Toe who did the make up. All of my bridemaids and I looked great.
Bobo botanical the flowers were beyond beautiful. She made a lovely garter.
Coffee to Tea did the cakes. I had many people tell us they had two pieces of the different cakes we had available.
West Seattle Christian church thanks for the sun. Dan your sense of humor it was much needed.
Darlene’s Dog house for making my dog beautiful and smelling great.
Salty’s for our rehearsal dinner again the waitstaff were great.
Menasche and Sons for making my wedding ring the way I wanted it. As my husband says he looks good for getting me the bling bling!!!
Words can not express how beautiful our wedding was. All of the above mentioned business went beyond the call of duty to make our day the best day we could have had. A great big hug and hand to all of you.
Sincerely
Pamela Brumell

charlabobParticipantCongrats and best wishes to both of you — sounds like a very excellent West Seattle kind of event. We hosted our mom’s (my MIL’s) 90th birthday dinner at the Homestead, before the change of ownership, and it, too was perfect. I’m especially happy to hear they’ve maintained their caring and attention to detail.

JanSParticipantPamela…it was a wonderful wedding and reception. The best I’ve been to in a long, long time. The food was delicious, the “entertainment” superb…hehe…and who knew you had two gorgeous, gorgeous brothers ;-)
love you…

KeithMemberCongrats on your big event and kudos for the shout-out to the local businesses who helped you make it happen. I love it when people take the time to say “thanks for the great work” instead of just bitching about what went wrong.
