Kitty Harbor picked up eight cats from Regional Animal Services of King County that were rescued from a recent hoarding incident. The gentleman who owns the cats has signed over ownership of these cats to Regional Animal Services. By partnering with Kitty Harbor, Regional Animal Services will be able to make room for more stray cats, that come in on a daily basis at their shelter.
