I grew up right next door to the Treadwells at 5953. My parents built 5953. We moved out back in 1993. I see Miss Bissell (sp) still lives there on the corner too.

35this35mphParticipantWow! The current owners told me that house was built in 1911! Is that right? And yes, Larraine is still here. She’s a sweetheart for a neighbor.

F16CrewChiefMemberI’m sure the original house was from 1911. But in 1980, my parents pretty much tore down the original house to its foundation, except for the kitchen and built the current structure. My mom is the one who drew the blueprints for that house. I still have pictures of us living under tarps during the construction. Larraine probably still remembers my mom. Crazy stuff…
