happy hourParticipantWS Autoworks on 35th was recommended to me on the blog. Wow. Honest and professional! They were @ least $100.00 less than my previous mechanic. Older mechanic also lied about replacement part when all it was – was a tighten up on valve. Hey, another $100 savings. As a customer , you are also entered into their free road side assistance program. I have never heard of such a thing. I have an old Mercedes. Took a week to get me in because it was not urgent. Busy guys are always the good ones. Bravo and 5*****

I started going to them last year, and they are honest and reliable. Waaay better than the other West Seattle shop I went to that has been there for 30+ years near the YMCA that charged outrageous prices for simple things like a change of spark plugs. The WS Autoworks guys are good wrench heads and have a good customer service philosophy as well.

ghar72ParticipantI’m a fan of these guys as well. Used them for our older Honda and a VW van. It’s a toss up for me between WS Auto and Harrah’s; both are great! I’m curious about the free roadside assistance program though. Is this new? Last time I was in was probably 9 months to year ago and didn’t hear anything about it then.

B-squaredParticipantI am a BIG fan of these guys too, and wish i could still take my car there, but unfortunately, i believe they are not allowed to work on Subaru. Possibly some agreement with the volvo place who owns the property. darn shame and a crummy deal for me for sure. seems like there are enough subarus to go around;)

tom kelleyParticipantI’ll second all of the above positive statements. I took my 4runner there and they beat the other estimates and the final cost was below their own estimate. I won’t go anywhere else!

sadieMemberDoyle’s has always been very good to me. They do good work and they have given me good advice. And for some little things they have not charged.

happy hourParticipantI am new to them, so I’m not sure how long they have had free road side assistance. I believe it’s been for some time. Perhaps they don’t mention it to everybody if you don’t bring cookies. Only kidding. It may be tough to tell each and every customer. I’d go in and ask.
