AlkiRagdollParticipantSeeking a West Seattle architect to help with ideas for a remodel on bathrooms and kitchen. Please identify how you used and why you recommend the architect. Thanks & sorry for the miss type (other post)… I’m struggling tonight with this technology..

DavidFParticipantI work with Leo Smith, 206 933 8283. He is a local architect, who is keenly aware of the many issues of remodeling. I have worked with him for alomost ten years, and strongly recommend him.

vincentMemberWho was the guy who posted here months back, who was a retired architect who would do planning and review on projects?

BZooParticipantI highly recommend Paul Dieter, who is a frequent WS Blogger. Why? Specifically, when I had given up hope, after spending thousands of dollars on architects and drawings for a project that would be way over my budget…Paul showed me how I could make my dreams come true and afford them! I’ve taken a 3bdrm 1+ home and converted it to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home – that includes a lovely master with walk-in closet and full bathroom for me now. I have a crazy work schedule, and Paul would meet me either in the early evening or come over Saturday/Sunday. Very accomodating and knowledgable. Helped me review bids from contractors, with an inside knowledge of the industry – you won’t be disappointed. Paul is efficient, responsive and creative. You can email him at homecraft@mac.com
A good guy, a local West Seattle person with a knack for solving space problems! What else could you ask for!
