The West Seattle Connection Facebook group has a report that there was a wrong-way driver on the WS Bridge early this morning. Was there any police action related to the incident?

What time? Which direction? I was on the desk until 3 am, didn’t hear anything like that, but I’d say there’s a wrong-way driver reported an average of once a week. They’re dispatched but the bridge is short and before the dispatcher can even get it out, the driver might already be across the bridge. If it was on the eastbound side, police are dispatched from WS, but if on the westbound side, they’re dispatched from the South Precinct side. They usually also alert State Patrol, too.
