    I think neither of the partners in the casting project will want to be held liable for upholding the tunnel. It sounds like one of them, Dragados, was into slow pay mode to which the other objected. It will be worked out. Move along folks, nothing here…

    nope i saw it. the news tribune article did the reporting so i just wanted to link to that one. the q13 article leaves out most of the details, like most stories on tv news!

    Gen. Hill..what nonsense…and…for the record…I did not see that on the TeeVee…and I knew it linked to the Tribune article. But thanks…yesterday I had no taste, today I run with nonsense…I’m getting a complex.
