After School Nanny in WS

West Seattle family seeks a nanny for afternoon school pickup Mon – Fri 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM for our 5th grade daughter.

Responsibilities include providing assistance with homework, driving her to local after school activities as well as light household cleaning, laundry and meal prep.

We are not considering candidates that wish to bring their own children to our home or wish to watch our child in their home.

Requirements:

* Has a minimum 2 years’ experience as a nanny or daycare provider and professional references

* Non-smoker and drug free

* Punctual and dependable

* Reliable car, clean driving record, current driver’s license and insurance

* Prefer someone that lives in West Seattle but would consider someone with a relatively easy commute

* Able to make a long-term commitment (minimum 1 school year)

* Clean criminal record and willing to undergo a background check

* Current First Aid card and CPR certification

* Okay with dogs

* Agree to work a standard time frame of 3 hours per day

* Flexibility – can provide additional hours around school schedules/vacations, snow days and occasional date nights or extended evening hours due to parent’s work schedules.
