Was the Ivory-billed woodpecker sighting in Arkansas ever verified? I have looked for this info online but not satisfied with what I find.

I remember the story, and I think initially they said no – it wasn’t, but then later another was spotted. I thought it was in Georgia – like in the swampy areas?

The sighting in Arkansas was in a swamp. I see I posted this in the wrong forum. Oh well…
