Job Description:
Tibbetts United Methodist Church is seeking a Worship Leader to lead our contemporary band and congregation in worship during our Sunday services. Our goal is to foster a dynamic, inclusive worship culture that connects us to God and one another through the gift of music.This role works closely with our Pastor to nurture and organize musical expression that elevates our worship experiences. As the church’s Worship Leader you will engage with the worship coordinator and the other musicians, as well as lead the congregation in worship. You are expected to accomplish this through various musical modes such as piano, organ, choir, band, bells, soloists, etc.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, creative and spiritually grounded. They have experience leading music groups, preferably in a church worship setting. They exemplify strong interpersonal and communication skills. Finally, they have a heart for worship and the ability to inspire participation from the congregation.

Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborates with the Pastor and Worship Coordinator to plan weekly worship music, selecting songs that fit the theme and style of services.

– Lead worship on Sunday mornings and special services, using either vocals and/or instruments.

– Confident and clear singing voice.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills with pastors, staff, and other musicians.

This is a physical job designed for true dog lovers. You will be walking independently and tasked with keeping clients’ pets safe and following any instructions provided by the client. We’ve loved this couch but we’re switching up our style. Both pieces have a few scratches and scuffs from normal wear and tear. The sofa also has a small dent on the back (pictured). The Position:
We are seeking a full-time Plumber with a salary range of approximately $150,000 to $250,000 per year, potentially more. Requirements include a driver’s license, a minimum of two years’ experience, and passing drug tests and background checks.
This position is designated as Safety Sensitive.

Job Posting: Full Charge Bookkeeper.
Potter Construction is a locally owned Remodeling Company in West Seattle. In business since 1979, we serve the greater Seattle area. We are primarily focused on custom home remodels.We have a position available for an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The position would include overseeing all the day-to-day financial functions for a busy home remodeling company in Seattle.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting and bookkeeping functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial records. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your technical accounting skills and contribute to the financial success of our organization.
This position is approximately 30 hours a week, in person at our office. The position is flexible for days and hours, our typical office hours are between 7-5.Summary of key responsibilities
-Payroll-Manages payroll including benefit deductions, payroll tax filings, W-2’s, 1099’s, direct deposit and accounting.
-Client Billing-Create client invoices. Post receipts, monitor collections and follow up with clients.
-Responsible for full cycle Accounts Payable and Receivables
-Verify invoices, check runs, enter EFT’s
-Classify transactions to proper GL accounts
-Banking-Monitor daily transactions, manage daily fraud filters, perform vendor ACH’s and payroll direct deposit, credit card transactions, file all compliance docs, deposit checks, resolve NSF’s, and perform bank reconciliation for all accounts monthly.
-Balance all accounts-Maintain balance sheet accounts as audit ready on monthly basis, reclass overhead job costs at threshold, reclass overhead PTO and Holidays monthly, monitor accrual basis accounting to calendar month/year.
– Financial Statements- – Ability to prepare accurate financial reports and analyze financial data errors, publish Sage and custom reports to management. Prepare and manage budgets, and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
-Department Management-Train, mentor and supervise AP specialist. Review AP duties, help manage workflow, perform annual performance appraisal.
-Fixed Assets-track and maintain assets and equipment, depreciation schedule, disposals, etc.
-Tax Preparation-provide lead sheets, financial statements, post adjusting entries, and answer questions for CPA.Required Knowledge, skills and abilities:
-Minimum 3 year accounts payable or general accounting experience
-A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field (required)
-Knowledge of the general accounting principals and accounting procedures
-Exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking ability
-Possess high level of attention to detail
-Ability to focus on details in a busy environment
-Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook skills
-Proficient in data entry and management
-Experienced with accounting database software (we use Sage Contractor 100 and Buildertrend)
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Construction Industry experience a plus
