I’ve previously used Alliance Flooring (888-446-2701 | Phone: 253-856-1288) and I’m now using American Floor & Blinds ((800) 234-4106 | (425) 255-3893) to install hardwood vinyl plank, and I’m quite happy with it.

We need someone with experience in pressure washing, possibly sanding and staining an old wood deck. Carpentry skills would also be appreciated, as we need to replace the deck rails and install better-looking gates to the deck. We live in Arbor Heights, West Seattle, and can provide more details when contacted. Please email contactannu@gmail.com or call/text (206) 445-5459 for more information. DO NOT REPLY directly to this post. Homeowners, if you have tips on good, reliable contractors who have done this kind of work, that also would be welcome. Thank you.
