This place has great sandwiches, I’ll give them that. I’ll be back to try the phỏ, because that’s what will really make or break them.
A couple of observations:
1) Both times I was there, there were six people working. (They all appeared to be family.) A little place like this will not support six people. Most struggle to support three.
2) From the front counter, you can see directly into the kitchen area, including the sink, the pots and pans, etc. This isn’t good. They should either reconfigure the counter or put an opaque barrier between customers and kitchen.
3) The color scheme needs some work. Dayglo yellow and orange aren’t conducive to good digestion in my opinion. Others may not care . . .
Again, good sandwiches. Reasonable prices, too. Hope they can make a go of it.
