the space I am looking at is right on the corner of California and SW Walker st. It’s by Shanti Salon. Parking is only street parking. This place does not have NNN..so that is nice. I hate that stuff. Anyways, keep the comments and ideas coming. We drive all the way to Chaco Canyon to get food so I know that people will come from all over.
I would serve Vegan Soft Serve ice cream made from Hemp seeds or nuts. It’s delish! I used to serve it at my juice bar in Snohomish and I had people driving from Seattle and Bellevue to get buckets of the stuff.
