Ditto birdrescuer!!! Terrible, terrible $700+ experience with 24-hour services (who gave their address as the AT&T store at Morgan Junction). Faulty lock, unlisted phone numbers, outrageous charges, sexual harrassment, and, finally, threats! (I posted the whole story here somewhere.)
I have since heard that there is a dependable local locksmith on Alki – a search here should bring up the thread.
