On topic though, an offleash dog fine is a bit over $100? The fine for having dogs on Alki Beach (whether leashed or not) is “up to $500”.
I’ll give the woman props for knowingly risking that amount of dough at such a popular beach…but yeah, she really needs to get that dog off the beach and on a leash. Imagine what the dog will do if a seal pup is lying on the beach!
