Well, more people watch ABC than watch Fox. And nobody on CBS or NBC talked about it either. If it’s on radio, it must be the rightwing blowhards like Limbaugh. It’s not on KOMO or KIRO or the sports stations I listened to this weekend. News flash, but undecided, middle of the road people probably don’t watch Fox or listen to right wing talk radio.
And anybody who takes an objective look at the information behind it can see it’s not the God issue the delegates are booing, it’s the language about Jerusalem being the capital of Israel, which is also a holy city to Muslims and Christians, and then there’s the whole Palestinian issue, and, oh, you know, all that sorta complicated kind of stuff that doesn’t fit into a two or three second sound bite.
Nobody cares about party platforms except people who are really into the minutiae of politics. This has no legs.
