Sarah, for me, it is not a question of masculinity. It’s a question if the city council explored other ideas before increasing fee’s on parks? I worry the children will lose opportunities like UK Soccer Camps and such because of the new park fee. How much money can be diverted for bike lanes to help keep park fee’s down for youth activities?
