Strengthening Our Journey: A Vigil for Racial Justice

Our Lady of Guadalupe, Holy Rosary, and Catholic parishes from Central and South Seattle invite you to join us on Wednesday, May 25 for a vigil to commemorate the 2nd anniversary of the murder of George Floyd. Gather at Immaculate Conception Church (820 18th Ave, Seattle 98122) at 6 pm for a time of personal reflection followed by an opportunity to recommit ourselves to working for racial justice. Pray, reflect, sing, and hear from two powerful speakers; Dr. Jeanette Rodriguez, Ph.D., Professor of Theology and Religious Studies at Seattle University, and Michael Ramos, MDiv, Executive Director of the Church Council of Greater Seattle. Information: Deacon Steve Wodzanowski at stevew@stjosephparish.org or 206-332-5970.
