Rebecca R. Ossa, CPM, Historic Research Specialist of Seattle City Light

With over 20 years of experience in preservation fields, Ossa helps participants identify differences between preservation, rehabilitation, restoration and reconstruction, apply for grants to fund projects and more. At the end of the presentation, there will a question and answer session.
