We are having a free screening of the award winning documentary short, She Marches in Chinatown about the Seattle Chinese Community Girls Drill team at the Seattle Central Library. We will be honoring the film’s director, Della Chen, who was killed by a drunk driver on Highway 509 on February 23rd of this year.

When: 11-1pm Sunday, September 28
Where: Seattle Central Library, 1st floor auditorium (1000 Fourth Ave., Seattle, WA 98104)
What: She Marches in Chinatown (short documentary about the Seattle Chinese Community Girls Drill Team (30min).
Description: Join us for a special screening of “She Marches in Chinatown”, including a video presentation in remembrance of the late director, Della Chen.

No registration required.

Amy Benson is the producer of the film and lives at Youngstown Cultural Arts Center, longtime West Seattle resident.
