Looking to try mediation for the first time or find a local Sangha? Join us weekly at Alki UCC every Monday night for a meeting of the Alki Dharma Community.

Meeting begins with a 20 minute silent seated meditation, followed by a short reading and discussion.

Everyone is welcome and all skill levels appreciated! Cushions and chairs provided, accessibility needs considered. Donations appreciated but not required.
