My impact from Dwellings’ non-payment is significant, from March to August rents, security deposit, and owner reserve, total at more than $40K. I’ve coordinated with Katie and many others to navigate the situation. Please fill out the intake form https://dwellingslandlordimpact.com/. Today is September 1, and Dwellings still charges me outageous landscaping fees posted in the AppFolio portal, even though I’ve terminated my contracts with them. Roland is a theft and this is an incredibly terrible criminal act.
