Join us for an informal one-hour introduction to Zen Buddhism as practiced at the Puget Sound Zen Center. We will start with what brings you to Zen; practice how to sit in zazen (Zen meditation), go over what to expect at a PSZC meditation service, and touch on the significance of just sitting to our Zen practice.

Meet us in the 4th floor meditation room at the Fauntleroy church: 9140 California Ave SW.

And if you’re up for it, stay to experience a meditation service in our regular Monday sit, from 7 to 8:30 pm.
