Not in West Seattle, but local firefighters hope to see you there!
To commemorate the significance of the 130th anniversary of the Great Seattle Fire, the Seattle Fire Department and Museum of History and Industry (MOHAI) are hosting the Seattle Fire Day event this Saturday, June 8. There will be tours of fire apparatus, story time with firefighters, search and rescue demonstrations by fire dog Kersee, fire prevention activities and firefighter challenges for youth. Doors open at 10 a.m. Admission is free for children and adults.
