Research continues to show how deeply the loneliness epidemic has affected so many of us since the global pandemic. At Conscious Connections you will find community, conversation, and a welcoming space.

Emma of Revitalize Spa and Tamara of Listening to Grief have created an intimate space where we come together to talk openly and honestly about what we’re feeling and experiencing. Each month, we’ll lift each other up by tapping into the energy and supportiveness of everyone in the room. Our hope is to help ease that sense of isolation one heartfelt conversation and meaningful connection at a time.

Please register on Eventbrite. A minimum donation (accepted at the door) of $10 is appreciated to help cover space and event costs; all are welcome regardless of contribution.
