Honor the transition from Summer to Autumn with a Fall Equinox tea ceremony hosted by Linh Le.

We’ll explore the essence of this season through an array of practices including: forest bathing, gentle movement, intention setting and ritual, tea ceremony, community sharing and journaling.

Cha Dao, translated as the way of tea in Chinese, is an ancient practice that integrates tea as a plant, beverage, medicine, and ritual. The dao invites us to live our lives in harmony with nature, respecting the lineage of the trees and leaves, slowing down to be present with tea, and recognizing the chi exchange with each bowl and every sip.
