In this beautiful fable, author and actress Nora Girón-Dolce takes us on an imaginary trip to the beginnings of the Mexican tradition of setting up the offering and altar for the dead. RAINWISE CONTRACTOR FAIR AND TREE GIVEAWAY: 11 am-2 pm at Highland Park Improvement Club – we did get a note saying this is DEFINITELY on. It’s the last contractor fair of the year to help you find out more about the program to help you deal differently with stormwater on your property and potentially get a rebate for installation of improvements such as cisterns and raingardens.
