Head more than a dozen shots, a few seconds pause, then more shots. 2:50am, scary.

Around the same intersection where two major shootouts took place about a year ago. Is there any info on why that Delridge/Juneau area sees so much gun violence?

It’s probably one “problem house” that anyone living on the block could point out, but where nobody has been quite probable causey enough to deal with.   Sometimes the only fix is when people move (it eventually fixed my problem neighbors).

There is from my understanding a problem house on 26th between Juneau and Findlay. And yes you definitely know which house it is.I’ve lived here over 20yrs and crime comes in waves. But this past year has seemed particularly bad.

“Some Guy” is on the right track. There’s a Seattle Ordinance that deals with nuisance properties and the city will act if you follow the steps in the ordinance.  We did in our neighborhood, but you have report everything to the city or police. We also attended the crime meeting with the SW Precinct, the leadership was invaluable with getting the City Attorney involved.
