The penalty for shooting into the air should be increased to felony reckless endangerment. What goes up must come down.

Was there a helicopter last night?

What time? I was listening until 3 am and did not hear anything with Guardian One. Other helicopters do go by, of course.

Airlift Northwest operates 24/7 to/from Harborview and USCG choppers also operate 24/7. There are also private/commercial choppers operating. Don’t know if tv choppers operate after dark.

Not unless it’s the 4th of July or New Year’s Eve (or a callout for a GIANT breaking story – huge fire, for example). There is one TV helicopter left in Seattle, shared by stations, and it flies limited weekday hours.

Sorry, comment time is over.
