    Dumb question, I’d be grateful to anyone who’s been paying better attention than me and might know: Has Seattle definitively decided against health care workers using the low bridge?
    The first page I saw on their website said that it’s still under consideration – but then a different page makes it sound like a certainty against. (They say that sure, health care workers will be allowed to use the low bridge – if they walk or bike.)
