ORCAS: Southern Resident Killer Whales here again!

Southern Resident orcas are back in the area for the second consecutive day! Kersti Muul of Salish Wildlife Watch says it’s K-Pod this time, southbound, north of Alki Point. Let us know if you see them!

    Transients just passed us NB surprise! Giving K and J pods a wide berth!

    Whale activity also seen, without binoculars, very near Vashon ferry lane, just North!

    Fin sighting around 3:40 and recently a big splash!
