WHAT’S AHEAD FOR AVALON/35TH PROJECT: The newest weekly update includes a warning of intersection closures ahead, plus work outside the zone (on SW Charlestown west of California) later this week.
Very light Monday traffic today. On the C at Findlay & California at 9:21 and off at 3rd & Seneca at 9:46. Fastest the 1st Ave route has ever taken and that was with a wheel chair ramp pickup.
Any more info available on the temporary no parking signs along Harbor Ave for tomorrow Tues 8/27 all day (I noticed from Salty’s to Water Taxi)? Does this no parking extend past Water Taxi and Seacrest? It will make quite a challenging day for Water Taxi ridesr to ride tomorrow if all street parking along Harbor is suspended. Thanks!
We are in the area checking on them right now. I’ll ask SDOT followup questions if the signs don’t have enough info.
Heads up Water Taxi users, no parking signs indicate Harbor Avenue parking from Saltys to Water Taxi will not allow parking on I believe the 28th
No, those signs are for tomorrow; I have a separate story about it. There’s a second set of signs to the south/east for each of the next 4 days, too.
