10:01 AM UPDATE: The call has already closed, and the last truck was leaving the area as we arrived. The address had changed on the log, to a row of new townhomes.
Do we know what the new address for the call is? Is everything ok?

If you see an address in all caps, that signifies a change from the original dispatch. (Took me a LONG time to figure that out, even when I directly asked an SFD spokesperson what it meant!) It closed so quickly that it was some kind of false alarm, but I haven’t been able to reach anyone to ask.

Thanks for that, WSB. I have noticed the address occasionally being all caps, but never gave much thought to it, just figuring that’s the way the person input it, for no particular reason.
