10:52 PM: A crash at Admiral Way/51st SW is blocking the westbound (downhill) lanes right now. One person is reported hurt, but injuries are not believed to be major.
11:27 PM UPDATE: Won’t be blocked much longer. Car’s already on a tow truck and scene will be clearing.
Looked bad from the response team, but glad no one is badly hurt! I would take a different route if you can. Also, there is a car in the bushes on the left hand side heading to the bridge, on admiral. A cop has its lights on next to it. BE CAREFUL people! Lots of accidents tonight. Be safe.
They’re clearing these fast tonight. Got to this and car was already being towed. Just passed (I am pulled over in Luna Park typing this) the one on the hill and it’s already hooked up on a truck too.
I think traffic on Admiral Way needs to be better controlled! As a homeowner just above, it is more of a problem than ever before in my 18 years in this neighborhood!
I agree!! Vehicles are traveling way too fast up and down Admiral. Especially in the am hours. This is why I don’t allow my children to walk to school. At the crosswalks cars don’t slow their roll.
