The band is Andé Marimba, which C & P says “offers a fresh and new perspective on the ancient sounds of traditional mbira music from Zimbabwe.” Also: “Highly danceable.” Best of all, while the band’s members are originally from New Mexico, tonight’s show features Jasper T., who grew up in West Seattle.
