Andrew: There is a good bet that they will. You should talk to Gabe about it after he’s had some time to open up and get going. In my interview he told me that he had offered to all Culinary Communion students who were due refunds Swinery credits on a 1:1 basis.

I’ve been hearing rumors of bacon-dogs skewered corn dog style (except wrapped in some kind of waffle instead of being deep fried) being produced by the Swinery folks for area farmers markets. There are plenty of reasons to start getting excited!

I second what Jose said…plus am imagining all the other goodies that he will have. probably will be my new sammie destination, as I have to walk the 3 blocks there and back again…work off some of those calories :D

It’s not very likely that you’ll walk off the calories from a bacon-dog skewered corn-dog style and wrapped in a waffle in your three-block commute. Good luck with that, though.
