West Seattle Gas Price Watch (etc.): Into the 2.40s

Quick note while we stop briefly at WSB HQ during Halloween coverage (2/3 of the team) and WSHS football coverage (the other third’s there, reporting frequent updates at twitter.com/wsbbizdev, score here when it’s over, plus full wrapup): Gas at Arco and 76 on Delridge, 2.49/regular. We also have been to 4th Avenue Costco, where it was 2.43 (photo left). Anyone want to bet yet if we’ll go below $2? (P.S. Back on the Halloween theme – we’ve gotten a dozen trick-or-treaters here in Upper Fauntleroy within barely 10 minutes. Big change from years past.)

We’ve had a steady stream of trick-or-treaters here on 34th by the Corner Deli.

Also got about 10 trick or treaters between 7:15 and 7:30. That’s pretty much what I average each year. I enjoy seeing the costumes. I’m glad the weather cooperated – it was quite a nice evening.

I live on 44th and Oregon. So far none! Also, I think we will get to 2.15!!! Ha, I have no idea I just wanted to try and guess. If we do I am driving out to the peninsula more often.

We had 50+ trick-or-treaters (42nd and Andover) tonight, ran out of the treat bags we’d constructed, and had to break into the reserve candy. How nice that the rain let up when it did, too.

Sorry, comment time is over.
