Actually, we first got the business phone after our August donation drive (pre-ad sales, pre-business license, etc.) as a Virgin Mobile pay-as-you-go. 18 cents a minute was cost-effective when we were only making a call here and there, but not any more. Plus Virgin Mobile’s coverage – at least here at WSB HQ – had more dropouts than our Verizon “home phone.” So we switched.
