Christmas Ship at Alki

Three West Seattle stops down, one to go (Don Armeni, tomorrow night @ 7:10) for the Christmas Ship. We are just back from the Alki visit, quite a party with live music, free treats, and even Santa Claus — on a motorcycle:

We’re still testing out the various video-uploading options; tell us how that one worked for you. Meanwhile, two more clips:

The traditional bonfire:

And the Christmas Ship itself, with the Canterbury Belles choir from Spokane serenading the shore:

All three clips jam/pause one second in – had to restart each. Hate the big Yahoo rectangle that pos up 5sec from the end – good clarity & sound however.

Wish I could have been there, had been planning on it but was downed by a bad cold. We could hear the music at our house though. The YouTube and Yahoo clips work for me (agree about the Yahoo box though), and MySpace TV is herky-jerky with hiccuping sound so bad nothing is intelligible.

Sorry, comment time is over.
